Is there a fee?

I've used RaggTop and it looks good. I just replace my old top with a new one top, do I have to protect it with RaggTop or is it fine? The old top I just used the power pressure washer and hit it good and than just rubbed raggtop on it.

If you want to keep that new top looking new, you'll need to use something to protect it on a regular basis.

I prefer RaggTopp over 303 for the top. It makes water bead on the vinyl just like it's been freshly waxed when it gets wet. I use 303 for the interior.

Note that I've used 303 and am a happy customer. I've never used Raggtop but have no reason to believe that that product isn't equally satisfactory.

Sunlight contains UV rays; UV rays are very destructive over time. If you replaced your top its likely because the UV from the sun degraded the vinyl. Put a protectant (Raggtop, 303, etc.) on the new top regularly to slow the rate of this degradation. Nothing lasts forever in the sunlight, but a good protectant can definitely extend the life of your new top.

Raggtopp is much better for you top than 303 IMHO.

303 looks nice but it runs when you next wash the car, Raggtopp does not. I have buffed it let it dry in the sun, the garage, hot or cool,it does not matter. I have a black car with tinted windows and can tell you that it runs, not an opinion but a demonstrable fact. I can see it on my glass and paint.

Raggtopp has never run on me. So I use 303 on vinyl that does not get wet, Raggtopp on things that do.

This is my experience as well.

That's the main reason I use Raggtopp. Still use 303 as well -- just not on the top.

Have you let the 303 dry and then buffed it (per the instructions)? I've never noticed 303 running when I've applied it properly.

303 here as well......many years. Rinse top and apply when still wet. Rub it in and then let it set. You won't be disappointed. I have found the key for even application is the wet step....
