Could you put it back to NA while your manifold is being repaired and see if it still burns oil? That should eliminate a lot of possibilities if it doesn't.

Ive thought about this.... would it still run on the same tune with the hondata? Basically just bolt on the header and DP and slap on a filter?

I'm pretty sure you have the lines hooked up backwards. Top ports of the CC should go to the valve cover and the lower ports should return to the intake manifold and intake pipe.

Correct... They were screwed up I guess. What effect would that have?

I would imagine that your intake will suck up the oil caught in the catch if you had it hooked up the wrong way. My car was burning about a qt every 3k, got better after installing the saikou michi cc.

Ive been thinking it could be the valve guides as well... although it would smoke on cold start ups wouldn't it? I've done 2 cold starts so far and no smoke comes out. A compression test wouldn't determine valve guides as well.

Did a leakdown test today (cold engine as im waiting to get back my pfab manifold from pang) i knew the numbers would be off due to it being cold, but i wanted a ball park...

Cyl. 1 came in around 20%. Escaping around the oil cap and exhaust valve (mainly the oil cap) so....??
Cyl. 2 4%
Cyl. 3 16%... oil cap
Cyl. 4 8% oil cap

So.... blow by? Makes sense since cyl 2 spark plug was very clean and thats the good cylinder. Catch can was empty though but i will connect it the correct way and see what happens.
