i bought this but never installed it, came across a direct port set so i bought that and i never even installed that HAHA....not sure if theres anything else needed but for the price its a steal

Just curious but what's the metal box with the fan vents for?
The kit looks pretty complete to me, if anything you might need a fitting or two which can easily be ordered online for a couple bucks. Then probably a couple more switches and some wire to hook everything up.
