Awesome plate relocation, Kenta! I might have to pull something like that in the future.
This one is great:
Recently shot some promo stuff for a Forester STi built by ECS Performance in Windsor, CT. Thing was a grocery hauling beast.

Kenta, where did you buy that? What does it mount on to? They are starting to crack down on front plates in my area big time.

2.5" (90 degree bend) 4" (90 degree bend) 4" (Slight bend for "JDM" look) 1"
The metal costs less than $4 for a strip (from Home Depot) and I made both brackets from one strip. Then a few bucks in hardware on both ends (larger bolts and lock washers for the mounting to the car, then smaller bolts and washers for the plate mounting). Basically I measured it out, cut the piece, then put it in a vice and wacked it with a hammer to get the bends I wanted. Repeat for each bend.
The brackets are mounted to the front bumper support. There are already holes there so no modification to the car is required. I think the stock air deflector goes into those holes so if you've already removed that, like if you have a cooling plate, then the holes are open, perfect spot. On the mounts I drilled holes on each end, slightly off center on the plate mounting side as the mounting holes were slightly wider than the width of a standard license plate.
After I made the brackets and test fit them I sprayed them with black PlastiDip aerosol, I could have used primer + black paint but it was cheaper and quicker for me just to do two quick coats of Platidip. Not as durable, but no one will probably see the brackets anyway and it worked.
I was concerned if I hit a hard bump that the plate might bounce on the bracket, It is pretty sturdy because the lengths are all short so there isn't much flex, but for aesthetics and as a safety measure I surrounded the plate with cut pieces from some door edge guard I picked up at Pep Boys. I think that cost about $10, which is pretty much what I spent on parts for this entire project.
So, cheap, easy to build, no modifications to the car required. Of course, your results may vary. You'll have to measure out the lengths and fab for whatever bumper you're running.

Better travel only with people you like if you have to share a room.

May want to tell the owner to get the car checked out by another shop... Seen a number of blown motors coming out of that shop...
