204,000 and some change
2002
Daily driver
Autocrossed HEAVILY the first two years
4.56 gear installed about two years ago
full synthetic oil changes (mostly Mobile One)
Drive it like it's meant to be driven when traffic/ open roads permit
one clutch replacement
Timing chain/ tensioner replaced at 180,000 (no problems, that's just when it's supposed to be done)
front and rear rotors replaced once
top replaced once, now has a new tear in it (gotta get a hard top)

I also installed a 3M Clear Bra on the front and a bypass oil filter. I was really expecting to keep my car for a long time. I'm probably going to remove the clear bra next year because it's getting pretty dull.

seats are ok. driver's side is worn on the outside edge from getting in and out.
floor mats have been replaced once. just got the stockers again. those are still in pretty good condition, though.
paint? not good! fading in several spots on the edges of the hood and trunk. front clip is in bad shape from bugs, rocks, etc. and some areas where paint is actually pealing off. It looks good from afar, but up close, it's far from good. At 204K, I'm happy with the condition it's in.
The top was replaced at about 165K and it already has a slice in it. not sure what caused it, but I'm not about to fork out another $2500 for another one! researching options to 'fix' it. rip stop tape didn't work too well because the hole is right where the bar comes to a rest under the top. I'm working on sewing up the slit, rip stop tape beneath and either sewing or adhesive spraying canvas over that to prevent the bar from ripping it off every time the top goes up.

I hit 200,000 miles this past Sunday.
Still on my original clutch. The car still runs like new. I did my first valve adjustment last week, and only one exhaust valve was slightly out (.012"). The rest were within spec. I still have original retainers, and haven't done anything else to the engine or tranny. Lot's of highway miles.
If you're over 200,000 miles, Post your miles and major work done!

It's nice to read the comments from owners who've exceeded 200,000 miles, but I'm not surprised to read about the long-term reliability of a Honda. My '86 CRX clocked over 300,000 miles and was still in good nick until a timing belt broke (long, aggravating story). The '90 CRX Si that replaced it was flawless for a little over 200,000 miles when I let a friend talk me out of it. My 94' Civic EX coupe also ticked past the 200,000 mile mark before I decided to stretch out a little and bought a '97 Cadillac STS (it was decent for the first 100,000, then it began to unravel). I had to contend with quite a bit of stop and go traffic (mostly in and around Atlanta, GA), but my clutches still lasted 150,000 miles. My wife had her '90 Accord SE for 17 years when she finally got 'tired of it' - was in great shape (and had been repainted). I wouldn't have given a second thought to driving that car from GA to CA when I handed the keys to someone who really needed a car, but had no money to spend on one. Aside from things that one expects to wear out (and are replaced before they fail), every Honda I've ever owned has been absolutely reliable.
I had a little over 60,000 miles on my '06 S2000 when I traded it toward an '08 S2000 CR which now has right at 26,000 on the odometer. It will take me quite a few years to rack up 200,000 miles. In fact, I may never join this club. I only work three days a week now and I'm not driving all over the state anymore. Besides, I have another vehicle which I drive when there's a chance of rain, or for other practical reasons. Other vehicles will come and go, but I'm keeping my CR and I expect that it will continue the trend of Honda reliability.
