Convertible Top Replacement
The other day someone slashed my top and it needs to be replaced. Which is the better choice EZ ON or Robinson?
Thanks, Rich

I believe that a lot of people have had great success with the Robbins soft top. I haven't heard of EZ ON.

I've got an EZ ON in canvas (as opposed to stock vinyl)... it's alright, but just alright. Mine didn't come with any hardware aside from the straps to retrofit the glass window on my 01. If I had it to do again I would go for the Robbins or maybe (but probably not) OEM.

I bought mine from eBay through a seller called accelerated supply. Cost me like $530 shipped. It did however take 2weeks to get since they make them to order. Where are you located? I may be able to help install.

I have the EZon stayfast cloth and see no reason to pay more for Robbins or much much more for oem. Scotty Bandiscoot helped me and we were both impressed with it. Which reminds me we were supposed to do his car. Scotty you still out there?

Does the stayfaast cloth look like the oem? and are the elastic straps included by both manufacturers?
Sortarican, thank you for the offer to help but I am going to have a local shop do the install. The check from GEICO will cover the top and the install. No need to do it myself THIS TIME. I really hope it does not happen again.
RANT---->I can't even figure what they wanted in the car. There were no valuables in it and the oem seats were replaced with Carbau. They cut a square hole on the driver's side to try to open the door. When that failed they slit the top completly across the back.
Thanks all
Rich
