very dissapointed with my renewal from you, you want more money than last year, and are giving me less for it. Just spoke to one of your colleagues on the phone and they have lowered it slightly, but is still more than previous years.
I paid £865 last year, with european breakdown cover. This year you want £887 without giving me breakdown cover and im even declaring to do less miles. Ive not made any claims, gained any points, have a years extra no claims and yet im getting charged more than i've ever paid??
Then i hear from people paying over £100 less than me declaring modifications and using the car as a daily driver whilst living in the city.
Its safe to say i'll be looking elsewhere
Jay

Hi Jay,

it doesn't really work comparing what you pay against someone else, you do not know the full details of the risk they present or if they have been truthful when obtaining their insurance.

You are very welcome to PM me your details and I can have a look at your renewal details though.

Thanks

Ollie

Well I'm sad to say, I've only a couple months left as a Sky customer. Having to insure a second car, even with 'mirror' NCB, Sky came in £100 more than Admiral. Doing the Admiral multi-car they could then offer me 10 months pro rota cover on the s2k starting in July for what came would have cost £450 for the year. Best prices on confused etc came in at £530's and Sky's last year came in at nearer £570, so they would never beat the £450.

It's been a pleasure, and I'll be back once I'm down to one car again I'm sure.

Yes we do, as will all other insurers. It is unlikely they will effect your premium if insured via our specialist schemes.

We have a current 69% renewal retention rate, if our renewal rates are uncompetitive when compared to other insurers, we will go back to the policy underwriter and use the price match service we have secured.

Thanks for your comment.
