Wow, yeah I'd like to see what you're talking about. Just so I know who to avoid if I ever need anything.

What all happened? Is the work satisfactory?

Paint and Body work are great, but they failed significantly on some other things.

I'll post later explaining when I've got some pictures of the fail.

Long story short. I've taken it back 3 times for fixes only somewhat related to the original repair.

Sucks man!!

damn dude. that sucks bad. Im glad you looked it over really close and that they are willing to fix it!

the roll hoops look like a donkey dick. cant believe someone would put that on and think that looks good.

will def rethink having them respray my bumper. guess if you take anything there.. you need to do the install yourself! :brokehrt: :smelly:

I think they had some shitty guys working for them. I got personal assurance that the Body Shop Manager would do this last round of repairs. Anything else I find wrong I will do myself.

They are also repainting where they scratched it. Forgot to mention that.

Are they paying to fully replace your roll hoops? Definitely sub-par work as far as the reassembly is concerned. At least you're not having a huge battle trying to get them to make it right.

Not sure on the roll hoops, and to be honest, I'll prob just pick up new ones and do it myself so they don't mess anything else up.

Probably a good idea. Those are pretty easy to find and relatively inexpensive anyway.

Man - I'm so sorry... I know I recommended them and I feel bad. I did have to take mine back once (paint match issue), but they made it right. They did NOT, however, wreak havoc on my car they way they did yours. I am very, very sorry.

Thanks guys. I re-iterated that I needed it for the 11th. Surely they won't keep it until then.

They're painting the other side where they scratched it, Re-installing the center console correctly, replacing the rubber rain guard on the soft-top and installing the mud guard.

The painting and the center console work would prob take the longest, I would guess.

Picked it up this morning. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. A good wash to get the dust off it and it's ready for the dragon.

They apologized again for everything, and I told them how appreciative I was they wanted to make it right.
