Love that you've taken the time to hide the fittings of the arch extensions - looks really smart that :)
Yes this is the space where a signature should be and no, this is not a signature.

Why you do not want to order ANY of your S2000 parts from ANY UK Honda Dealer

Nice bonnet, I think you will need it! Might sell mine now :D

When I had the turbo on mine, the heat haze coming out the vents was quite impressive. RE airflow, I can't remember now but it's escape route for flowing air through the rad is going to be through the bonnet gap at the front windscreen? I doubt much goes out under the engine but some will. You obviously still have gearbox cooling with the vents in the PWJDM thing.

RE Arch Enemy, they've had bad press on here before. I personally wouldn't have gone for extensions / low offsets. Some 9" rear Rays with -2 ish degrees camber would have been ideal. But I know you like to bolt things on :D

Agreed - see it all the time on the American forums - rivet holes all showing and it just looks unfinished. There is one chap i've seen with a red car who grafted new metal extensions on and smoothed the whole thing in for a factory look finish. Either way, smoothed and flush IS the way to go.

Looks perfect with the wheels too but then you already knew that Posted Image

More pics!!

When is the rest of the paintwork getting done?

Btw the rear top arms are damn noisy, at least I think it's them.

It sounds like I've got the salvation army in my boot ! I didn't have much time to play but maybe I over/under tightened them ?

Pics of what Razz?
I am going to trial fit the bonnet next weekend,to give me a datum for when I fit the wings, then take the whole front end off so I can work on the car without damaging anything.Once the engine and blower are fitted I will build it all up,get the gaps all correct and it should be painted early spring.Chris left the carbon fibre exposed on the vents but I will have it all painted, also I am going to paint the C/f wing inserts as well. That way the car will look fairly standard apart from a few lumps and bumps(bloody cats on my knee so Im struggling to type,All the room in my house and he has to be sat on my knee :D )

Noisy? Banging or creaking?Mine do both but having the wrong polibushes doesnt help. They were creaking as well so I took the Cusco upper brace off and greased the brackets, which helped but didnt cure it,Do they go quieter after a few miles?

Did you get a Zorst sorted?

With all the bracing/bushes and what not my car should be solid but it creaks and groans like an old sailing ship(couldnt spell gallion :D )

Fernando informs me that he thinks I'm inappropriately dressedPosted Image I can't think what he means. But he has offered up an alternativePosted Image
Posted Image these will be avalable from next week, they are also having some hats made...Pics to follow.

I finally plucked up the courage to ask Fernandao for the balance that I owe :argh:

Any way a few little updates, the turbo was a 62/65 and its now grown to a 62/66 precision ball bearing turbo, the later gives better spool up and more power(Like I need more power :)),also I need to take some measurement from the standard manifold to the steering rod to check for clearance for the turbo down pipe. How much room is available will determine weather a 3.5 or 3 inch pipe will be used. For this I need to remove the standard heatshields. With a bit of luck that will be done on Monday,Plus I want to fit the bonnet and trial fit at least one of the front wings,to see A/if it clears the tyre,B/it fits the car.Cybergook(whos wings were also in the pic of mine)should be fitting his wings before Christmas,so hopefully I will get some feedback of Him(Rob)

At The moment I am waiting on a brand new AEM ECU which comes out in November,A back up plan is to use my Hondata Flashpro, but we shall see. There is a possibility I might update some of the drivetrain in the summer, but will probably just buy the parts and fit later in the year.

I will have a word with Fernando to see if he will post up the specs on my engine, turbo, fuel system.I know he is busy this week and under staffed,so we might have to wait.

My parts include a AEM water/methanol injection kit, which after some thought and research,I decided it would be a good system to add for the high boost situations. There is also an increase in power(like I need more power :))but what I see as the main benefit is at higher boost situations it dramatically reduces intake temps...which is good Heh?

Fernando is supplying me with a selection of both 6 inch nails and also 4 inch nails for applications where I cant get the hammer in to bend the 6 inch over enough ;)I have got to remove the HiSpec supplied handbrake cable and have a custom one made so hopefully I may end up with a handbrake that works :thumbdn:

Thanks for the link lee?? some interesting stuff. out of interest is there any specific reason that prefer Garrett?I was considering a twin scroll but was advised there were no real benefits over a conventional setup.

Hi Rob,Dixon got the rear arches for me,as he did the front wings.I think the arches are shine,I dont know who the front wings are,Dixon will know.If you buy the arches there is an option of buying lowers that fit on the bumper, they need a lot of work to make them fit nice. The Guy who fitted and painted mine seems to think if we butcher the lowers we could make something which will look good.they do need fitting it looks tosh without them, the guy who fitted/painted them made a really good job, even in the flesh they look good,a few little marks which will be put right when I have the front wings/bonnet painted, apart from that I am well pleased how good they came out considering the mess Arch Enemy made.

Note,Dixon I am passing so much custom your way I think you should reward me with a small gift,Mmmm :ponder: something small like er:ponder: Some KW V3s or new Nitrons. How does that sound ;)

I did ask Fernando about the option of a Garrett instead of the Precision,This is what I was told,

More expensive, water cooled +or- points, like for like doesnt produce as much power as the precision turbo,But I dont know myself. It just seemed to be a no brainer to go for the precision one...I stand to be corrected
