My seaching has ownly come up with this .

Quote

I have had the same problem, for me the fork assembly was not pushing the clutch
in far enough to engage the clutch, I pulled my tranny off took off the fork,
there is a nut that holds it on put two or three washers on the bolt then put
the bolt back on the tranny, never had a problem with the clutch engaging after
that. It was also a b18 swap with stage 2 clutch. Hope this helps

???????
.Full blown stage 2 sidewinder with gt3076 twice the stock power :-)

Thats quite handy Lee,It sounds like mine but I didnt remove any parts of the release bearing and it was working before, so I suspect something didnt line up when I put it back together.

What I might do is remove the rubber boot and have a look to see if I can see anything obvious,or alternatively Buy a Getrag and clutch and put it on sooner :) rather than later ;)

Not a lot going on at the moment, but I had a rag around in one of these today.

I was looking for a diesel for me, and came across this,my wife has a 12 month old Fiesta Zetec S,which she doesnt get on with so she was waiting for the Fiesta ST to come out later in the year.Anyroad up it was suggested that me being the potential nutter should drive it....so I did.I must admit I was a bit disapointed in the power but then if you compare it with my car when it was supercharged, its not really suprising.

To cut to the chase...its OK but it isnt a proper car :D, I think she is going to have it....and me?Ill have to make do with a 75 hp diesel Corsa  whilst I keep looking at a pile of bits which should eventually make a brisk car ;)

I forgot to mention, one of the salesmen has a proper car...a S2000,I got talking to him and it looks like he is going over to the dark side :argh: it looks like he me be going down the slippery slope to modifying.Never understand why anybody would take a perfectly good car and bloody modify it :D

Of what Lee??? I haven't done anything, I'm putting off re-splitting the Engine/box to fit the clutch properly. It's stopping me getting any further.I am going through an idle phase at the moment, I'm having next week off work to do some catching up.
