Its not a topic, but a requirement for a topic.

"Fill in the blank topic" that must be shot with a fixed 50mm lens. To get the shot you gotta self zoom by walking closer, further etc

another random thought, couple times a month we could do more simple contest as well so that everyone could be involved. Cell phone type shots.... examples

But, Cropping, colors, sharpness, I think should be fair game. Each person has s different feel they like, so I saw we allow that to be shown.

Exactly, I was only thinking about effects and maybe HDR, no photoshopping for anything. I found that google's picasa is actually a pretty awesome basic editor.

Yea, I have used it before, but its been a little while now.

But, HDR to B&W(black and white) is fine by me!
