This is the 2012 schedule for the Autocross at Tullahoma, Motlow campus, first parking lot (very easy to find). http://tlscc.tripod.com/welcome.html

JUNE 10

SEPTEMBER 9
OCTOBER 14
NOVEMBER 11

You really need to be there before 10:30am if possible. Cost is $20 for 6 runs, best run of your class wins. They do $2 or 3 for $5, "fun" runs after the event is over for anyone that wants to try it out but not actually compete. They have loaner helmets and beginners are welcome at any time! I'll be there in my SSM S2k!

Just out of curiosity, are any auto X, HPDE events on a Sunday. I work Saturdays and I always miss out on events...

The car staged 1st in this picture is the guy that I usually roll neck and neck with at the auto-x. It's a beaut and he's a heck of a driver!

Results of said auto-x. Lots of great drivers there from Huntsville this time with some nicely auto-x speced cars. Geoff Walker (from the boro I believe) is just a freak of nature with how good he can drive his S2k!!! Of course, he is running Moton coilovers and his car is actually setup for auto-x.. haha I hit a cone on my lowest run which was a 32.19. I'm having to go into turns so funky because of the lowering springs and shocks, toppled with not being able to part throttle boost since I'm not tuned (stupid FMU) and a slipping clutch. (yes, excuses, excuses) I had a blast like always though! Several of my issues are getting fixed before next season. Clutch is on it's way to be changed and some KWv3's should be purchased in the next month or so!!

I don't know if Chris got any pictures of the lotus but that thing looked like it was a handful!

Auto-x this Sunday... Pricing hasn't changed ($20) and we are expecting a killer turnout this event.

I would suggest everyone get there no later then 10:30, earlier if possible. There are already 4 very FAST cars that should be entering this time with 3 S2000's being there that I know of, maybe more. I hope to see at least 1 of you out there!

Will they still have loaner helmets?

Yes, they still have loaner helmets and the time depends on how many people there are. Typically, we are done and gone by 3-4 pm.
