For those who wish to caravan from the Tulsa area on Friday, November 4, let's meet at the Warehouse Market on Garnett just south of I-44 (click here for map) north end of the parking lot (opposite side of the grocery store) at 1pm (leave by 2pm).

Also, see what javajohn has to say about this event:

Quote

I attended the 2010 fall tour and it was the best organized and most enjoyable event I have ever been a part of. There were rules of conduct that protected the cars, drivers, and public. There were lead and sweeper cars to keep people from becoming lost. The morning drive was 145.4 miles and after lunch another 192.1 miles. The roads were free of traffic and very entertaining. The people, the cars, and the drive were fantastic.

The event is hosted by the S2000 club and is limited to 50 cars. It is mostly an S2000 event but they allow others.

Follow this event on Facebook!

List of attendees caravanning from Tulsa:
JulieU (Julie)
DownEast (Dave)
vbmarcus (Marcus)

DirtyBird (Mike)

Names above in bold are confirmed. Names not in bold are unconfirmed.

I just reserved my room, and I have that Friday off, so it's official! :)

Julie, are y'all getting together in Tulsa to drive over on Friday afternoon? Count me in if you are. Looks like we have 5 from OK so far. :)

Oh yeah, how about the same time and place as the last time? I'll get those details up when I get to a computer. Something like Warehouse Market at 2pm-ish... can't remember exactly.

It depends on what matt (Matrigger) wants to do. I'm leaving Norman with him.

If Y'all are meeting at 1 in Tulsa I'll roll out at 12 from Pops in Arcadia if anyone wants to ride together.

It's going to be weird not seeing Spets in the Tulsa lineup this year.

There are so many choices of fun roads that lead to Eureka, would you mind listing a few that the Tulsa group will be taking on Friday. Not sure if I will drive south to meet you guys, I'll probably be taking my normal route through Noel, Jane, etc.

Well, there's the usual route via Noel and Roaring River or the southern route via Westville... or variation of either. The possibilities are endless but those are my two personal favorite ways to get there.

We left Tulsa at 2pm last spring, but 1pm is fine with me. How about we plan on meeting around 1pm and leave by 2pm?

So leaving at 2 would be better for me if it works for everyone else. Trying to make to the meeting place by 2 will be a challenge - but I would enjoy driving up with all of you.

Still need to book a place too!!!

Leaving Tulsa at 2 works for me! :)

Anyone from the OKC going up at that time, or will I be Solo?

Hey guys, I just found out that some stuff has come up for my buddy (matrigger) and so he will not be going to BMT and we were going to be going up together and splitting a room so I'm not going either. Hopefully we can go out with all of you in the spring though! Sorry for confirming and then having to cancel like this. I hope you all have a great trip!
