Man, this pisses me off... this and your break-in too, Matt. What the hell are people thinking? You just don't lay your paws on anything that someone else worked hard for. Frack. I will keep an eye out, and I hope you both get your stuff back. AND I hope the thieves are caught.

UPDATE:

car was found a few days ago on the side of the road in the lebanon area pretty much stripped to a shell, sucks. but thanks for the lookouts guys. i dont understand how people can sleep and go on with their life knowing they stole someones property that obviously took work, time, dedication and sacrifices to have. and only takes someones one stupid idea to take and destroy its a shame..

Sucks! I thought I spotted it 2 days ago and chased it down with my wifes taurus, following them in and out of store parking lots, local roads, side roads and what not. I think I scared the crap out of them.....turned out not to be the car (obviously) woops.

Hopefully insurance will be fair to them with reimbursement. Hopefully with all the pictures they will be able to determine the real value and not just a value based on milage...

All these thefts has me thinking about lojack or that new Escort gps tracker. Although that second one sounds more like a hooker locator. :)

You can get small low power GPS transponders off ebay. I'm thinking about buying one when I get my car going again and install it in the fender. I'll chase down anyone that tries stealing my shit....

Seriously though....I'm not afraid.... I've seen some shit in the Navy and had to put up with shit that would make normal people run. Think I'm scared and going to fear for my life? Hell no, it's not about who's got a better gun....it's more about who's a better shot. ;) Navy Expert Pistol Marksman, and Navy Expert Rifle Marksman. Also been trained and qualified on the Mk 43, the Mossberg M500, as well as other weapons. Been OC'd and shoved in a room full of mustard gas. I'm not afraid....lol

Well I'm not saying that thieves shouldn't be shot, but chasing them down and shooting them on your own may not be the best idea.

If they come in my house, they're dead. If they steal my gps tracked car, I'm calling the police.

Hahaha

I would only use a gun on someone if the incident actually warranted it. (them pulling one on me) If my car did have a GPS tracker, I definitely would just call the police, and let them do the shooting. :rocket:
