Listen nine large,

I want to have discussions with people that can answer questions by their experience. Anyone can do a google search,
I think its time for another beer.

Cheers
Russ

hehe you're not wrong Bob  . Rus - not to be a smart ass or anything but s2ki.com is like the bible for our cars. you must seek the answers within.
"Thou shall use search button & google to obtain info....." but seriously man, I followed ninelarge's comment about using the search button / google as an experiment and here's what I came up with: J's Header Vs Toda Header There is a paragraph in there that tells you all you need to know about the two products in question & the best part of all... it took less than 0.09 seconds for google to do that.

on a side note... Not to complicate things for your selection; I like to point out powerhouse amuse N/A titanium headers :D that's pure pornography for under the hood right there. Plus it makes power =)

btw I can feel Aus's sidekick of reality comin.

There's 12 years of discussions all within the click of the search button

Nobody is going to spoon feed you around here. When all the answers are at hand.

And why annoy people by deliberately misspelling... eg comptech, vtec, toda. you have obviously searched for these already.

What about my original suggestion to use an AP2 bottom end to get you 2.2 litres.

This thread has an AP2 and VAFC pulling +30 rwhp

If you continue to not listen to people's feedback here (yet say that you came here to ask for knowledgable/experienced help) you're going to continue to get the same response that you seem to not be able to comprehend. Do a search on the forum, READ, then ask a question.

If the above response gets your goat, fires you up and you still believe your questions have not been answered - Ozhonda is waiting for you.

Quick search and BANG:

http://www.s2ki.com/...20-at-high-rpm/

I found this interesting.. That's a pretty big gain for NA. I would love to see a second dyno though to back this up.

IF this is true then we were wrong about the cams lol.

The only dyno plots I could find on the BC cams were provided by the manufacturer or a reseller. Call me a skeptic (because I am) but I prefer independent results.
Too fast for the street :P

Brian crower sounds legit and never herd bad feed back regarding the stage 2 cam. He had a stage 3 and it gets messy cause theres alot more to do
to get it right, mainly used for turbo setup.

I used the bible knowledge of google and got different results, can anyone tell me about Spoon duel 70mm exhaust? can i feel the difference from stock in performance.

Cheers
Russ

Do you need to have this and your thread in the NA forum running at the same time on the same subject.

Time for the admins to lock one of the two.

Rus, I might suggest you take a look at how long some of these members have been here, and how many posts they've added over the years.

There's a lot of years and knowledge in their responses, and quite often at the cost of a lot of their own money. Don't just brush off what they have to say because you don't like what you hear.

:iagree:

I'm actually finding it hard to believe how forgiving some members have been on this occasion. There's little to no respect or appreciation shown, despite the lengths that some very experienced owners have gone to for a new member with an interesting attitude towards past knowledge and suggestions.

Listen nine large,

The name you were looking for is ninelarge. Call me old fashioned but there's a little something about respect to consider.

There was a time - back in the bad ol' days - when the head kicks would come at posts #3,4,5,6,7,8,9, and 10. Sometimes #2 :D

Lol, No it wasn't on purpose, but I guess I did miss the word "at" in there. Mind you, it would be funnier if the wording was, "beating off at cars at the lights"!

Russ, the reason why I suggested using the search functions of s2ki and even Google, is that so far, your questions are not unique - they have been covered many times within the archives of s2ki and other similar forums. These forums represent the collective knowledge, experiences, and discussions of thousands of owners over 12-odd years. All you need to do is to do your own research before asking the rest of the group.

Here's a link to a thread that may help with your research on exhausts if you've not already seen it.

Official Exhaust Thread

As for the Spoon exhaust, there would be barely any difference to stock in terms of power. Especially, with few other supporting mods and without tuning. Often in the early stages of modification, the biggest gain you make from these kinds of mods is the weight loss.

Oops. Double fail from me there. I misread it as "beating off cars at the lights" (lol) and my response should have read "couldn't have said it better myself. Essentially, agreed on all points haha :argh:

Rus,

All the info is here, you'll learn alot. Or.....

Call up TODA Performance and get them to fill you in. However they'll more than likely tell you what's already been mentioned.

Other than that there's not many other avenues.

Ehh my 2 cents lol

Russ bc make canes for turbo and na. Each cam is separated fir the application. Once again, if you want it to work properly read what previous post. I'm telling you this because I ( being me) went through this EXACT mod and it's what I had to do. But if you want to read and soupy listen to the internet and not listen to my problems that I had doing what you want to then go right ahead.

Spoon dual is 23lbs compared with stock of 50lbs, that's a massive weight reduction right there. (http://www.s2ki.com/...xhaust-weights/ and http://www.s2ki.com/...+exhaust+thread)

As for gains, it's pretty much like any other 70mm system, ideal for an NA S2k.

I personally do have it, and it's not loud at all. Driving around normal, you'll hardly notice it. The only time it does get a bit drony is when you're OFF throttle from about 4000rpm to 3500rpm, but that doesn't happen to often. After reading a number of other exhaust threads, this is quite common with most after market exhausts for the S2k. There are a few that effeminate that issue, but it'll cost a fair bit for example - http://www.s2ki.com/...-70-ssp-exhaust

The site you're looking for is OzHonda. ;)

(Excuse the brevity and lack of timely flying sidekicks but I'm currently on a cruise ship between Fiji and Vanuatu)
