After the long research and development the DMS Pro76R exhaust system is finally available to the public.

On the dyno test, we have found another 35bhp and 25ft/lb or torque gain compare to the normal 2.5inch system. The system we had before was already an aftermarket one so the gain on the stock system would be even more.

Test car was fitted with CT Engineering supercharge kit and running on 9psi pulley, but with this exhaust kit we saw 1psi gain on the boost as well.

Size of the manifold -

50mm to 55mm - 65mm and taper to 76mm(3inches)

Decat pipe - 76mm

Exhaust - 76mm to 2 x 65mm pipe and 90mm backbox exit.

Posted Image

Noise, backbox style can all be custom. We can do the dolphin tail, burnt blue tip

I didn't get a chance to take the photo of the full system while it was on the floor but the design is pretty much 99% like this apart from the blue tip and the size, the one we have is 76mm to 65mm -

We need minimum 3 sets to get to that price, because everything is made in UK so the labour and material cost is very high for us.

Manifold - £750

Decat - £125 or with silencer built in - £180 both comes with CEL Fix plug

Exhaust system - £699 for Pro76R twin exit £650 for Pro76S single exit.

All price inc VAT

We can do a package prices for £1400 for the manifold, decat and exhaust system or £1450 with built in silencer Decat pipe.

Single exit Pro76S system will be £50 cheaper.

The weight of the exhaust system is 12KG, which is 11KG lighter compare to the stock system which is not bad for a 3 inches system. Manifold is only 6KG. (stock system is 33KG for exhaust, cat and manifold, this full system will be 18KG)

We are ready to take order now and delivery will be after Xmas.

If you want to see the noise and performance please see the video here -

Thanks

Dixon

That's impressive Dixon, i take it these figures at are the wheel?

You figures seem perfectly feasible IME given the exhaust changes and boost increase - mine also made more boost with a free flowing system.

TBH I'd of been really interested in this setup i really would have, had it been about a year earlier but i already have a decat, manifold, exhaust and spent many countless hours tuning my car, its just i dont really want to go through it all again esp removing parts too :).

Best of luck with the system as it looks a cracking setup and I also like the fact you've keep the system the same size even through (even the decat size which is more critical than people think which helps with the power lowered vtec and resonance/reversion/pulse width etc).

I've no doubt though it would produce more power than my current setup.

Will you be doing a package for N/A too with a smaller bore?

I'd be interested in the complete package if you were.

Thanks.

How soon after christmas will the setup be available Dixon? I'm seriously contemplating selling my exhaust setup and giving your system a try.

I'd be after the full system but would you be able to do the exhaust as a single exit and put an extra port in the de-cat for my wideband? Would that be do-able?

Nick

We can have this system on the 2nd week Jan 2012, I can do a single exit and a extra port in the decat, if you want you can have dolphin tail and silencer on the decat as well if you wish to keep the noise down.

For NA car we have the Pro65R system and it proved with dyno test it gives 10bhp gain.

Haven't try the 3 inch system on a NA car but I guess if the 65R system already maxing out the flowing capacity from the engine then using the 3 inch system wont give much more gain. The AFR lean it out to just the acceptable level with oem ecu when fitted the 65R with the help from the extra flow, so unless you are going to run it with aftermarket ECU there is no point to fit it on a NA car.
