Nice! Have fun with it. Think you should put it on the dyno I see before/after. You probably need to map it again, I imagine it would be running pretty lean with this new system

A remap is on the cards but not just yet. The car was running fairly rich with the old system fitted and the AFR's according to my wideband are still looking pretty good.

I'll hopefully be getting it booked in for a re-map around the end of the month so we'll see how it performs then. My butt dyno likes it at the moment though :D

Looks great. How close does the manifold get to the steering column?

What's the price for a single with blue tip exactly like TEX's Dixon?

You will have enough space to fit steering spacer so don't need to worry about clearance. We made the bottom of the manifold sit closer to the chassis as well incase of someone want to fit a front undertray.

Full system with decat silencer is £1400 or £1425 with blue tip

This is the Jig we use for the Pro76R manifold - It carefully design around the engine and chassis to allow maximum clearance we can use on the tube.

Dixon,

Can you do a cat back system with oval tail pipes like standard? Also are all the flanges stainless steel?

Can you post up a picture of the oval tail pipe you'll use? Is there any difference in the price?

Would anyone be interested in a titanium exhaust system?

If it a yes, what sort of price would you pay for it?

We will be using grade 5+ titanium, same as what NASA use for their aerospace engine component so we can make it so thin but also very strong unlike the other famous Japanese brand who made it with low quality and super thin titanium material.

Price for the well known Japanese titanium single or duel system is around £1800-2500 and we will be using the Highest Grade Titanium so the price won't be far off but we will guarantee it will be full 76mm 3inch or 65mm 2.5 inch for Pro65 system and we will also give life time warrantee for the exhaust system to guarantee no crack, rust or broken resonator!

Let me know if anyone interest in either 65 or 76 system and I will get some price for the material.

This is for exhaust system only, not the manifold. We are thinking to make the manifold in inconel next after the titanium exhaust project.

I might be interested in a duel system and even if it had the same tail pipes as the ap2 mugen would be cool. Let me know what the price would be for a system and Decat. I will be modifying my manifold I made to suit the 3 inch system. I was going to look into getting a system made in 316 stainless as that's what I've made my manifold in but titanium would be cooler.

Matt are you talking about the 76 or the 65 system? If your car is NA then 65mm is enough for your need so you don't have to modified your manifold.

Or I can make the decat to fit your 2.5 inch manifold anyway.

I am thinking just the exhaust in Titanium, but if you want Titanium decat pipe I can make one up as well,

The car is going to be supercharged in a couple of weeks so it would be the 76 system. Do a price for a Decat then I can decide weather to have it in titanium or s/s.

Let me get the price together first before you get too exciting:) you might have a heart attack after you know the price, last time I asked they want £300 for a meter of inconel, I guess titanium might be a little bit cheaper...lol

Dixon,

I'm probably in a minority of one, but is it possible to make an exhaust that's as quiet or quieter than OEM but significantly lighter?

Thanks

Yes no problem Simon, we can do it even quieter than OEM but you will need a silencer on your decat pipe and an extra silencer on the mid pipe as well.

Our system will be lighter no matter what, Honda use heavy mild steel and have a stupidly large rear silencer to add on all the weight.

Today we did a few measurement comparing OEM, our 76R system and HKS 3inch Hi power silence

OEM S2000 Exhaust mid pipe 2.38inch 64mm -

Posted Image

OEM S2000 exhaust backbox - 1.9 inch -

Posted Image

HKS 3inch Hi power Silence exhaust mid pipe 2.4inch -

Posted Image

HKS 3inch Hi power silence exhaust backbox - 1.9inch -

Posted Image

DMS Pro76R Manifold exit - full 76mm 3 inch -

Posted Image

DMS Pro76R Decat pipe - full 76mm 3inch -

Posted Image

DMS Pro76R Mid pipe - full 76mm 3 inch -

Posted Image

When a proper 3inch meet HKS 3 inch :D :D

Posted Image

HKS Weld -

Posted Image

DMS Weld -

So Honda OEM and HKS 3inch hi power silence are both exactly same size   and that is only £1000+ for just the Cat back from HKS.
