You have till about March 20th to REGISTER officially for the event.

6 of us have already booked cabins at fontana village at the event.

There is no limit on fontana booking. However...if you wait too long you wont be staying with the crew. the price is worth it with the WAKE THE DRAGON EVENT discount. so just do it now.

as far as halfway hotel, just google map the Winchester travelodge. Pick any hotel in the area and feel free to price shop here, or PM with convoy members who may split the cost with you for a room. We will have breakfast in the winchester travelodge parking lot at 8 am sharp, so plan you room/hotel close to here to have breakfast and continue with the covoy for the second leg of the trip.

I wait till about 2-3 week before we leave to book the Halfway hotel (winchester)

Unfortunately, yet again, I cant attend. Started a new job a little over a month ago. Already reserved my week vacation time for my honeymoon...and no, it wont be at The Dragon. LOL

FACK!! Shoulda booked earlier. All of the rooms in the main lodge are gone. The lady made me book a fireplace room in a neighboring lodge for $129 a night.

Bill, will I be missing out on any of the fun?

I have never been here so I have no idea how far apart the lodges are. (By the way I already paid the deposit)
