Default Motul Gear 300

Hi all - as the topic suggests really!

Is the Gear 300 oil good for the gearbox, even though it is a 75w-90 oil (rather than the 75w-80 oil recommended in the Tec FAQ)?

Anyone know if it removes the notchyness in second?

Cheers
Andy

What type of oil is it? GL4 is used for the gearbox and GL5 for the diff.

I've used it numerous times on the S2000 gearbox, with no issue.

I prefer the feel of mine after I switched back to MTF from the dealer. I've had Gear 300 in for a year and found it more notchy when cold.
