The Pro65R is here

After the successful Pro76R we have now finally got the Pro65R ready.

Dyno test with OEM, we have found another 10bhp up.

Test car was a low mileage standard S2000 with just AEM induction kit.

Dyno result compare to OEM -

Dyno result compare to OEM exhaust, DMS Pro65R full system with manifold, decat and Greddy exhaust system with Buddyclub manifold and decat. You can see the Greedy with Buddyclub manifold system is about 4bhp down compare to our system

Posted Image

Manifold - £599

Decat - £95 or with silencer built in - £180 both comes with CEL Fix plug

Exhaust system - £699 for Pro65R and £650 for Pro65S

All price inc VAT

We can do a package prices for £1350 for the manifold, decat and exhaust system or £1400 with built in silencer Decat pipe.

The weight of the exhaust system is 12KG, which is 11KG lighter compare to the stock system which is not bad for a 2.5 inches system. Manifold is only 6KG. (stock system is 33KG for exhaust, cat and manifold, this full system will be 18KG)

The whole exhaust system inc the flanges are made by Grade 304 stainless steel, which is the best quality stainless you can get and even alot of big expensive brand which cost few times more than our system don't even use this material due to cost saving!

We can also make dolphin tail or straight pipe and with either blue tip or standard silver

The Ultimate NA exhaust video is now here, head to head test with some big brand product too!

Check out the video and see which system gives the most gain on a S2000!

All ready for order now will take 3 days for delivery.

thanks

Dixon

Yeah Idling is pretty quiet and drive by at around 8000rpm is 97DB so it will pass all track day in UK. I specially designed both 76 and 65R for UK Track day use, but if you want it loud I can just take the mid pipe silencer out.

We did the test with the Greddy SE Duel system with Buddyclub manifold on the same day, America quoted 10bhp gain with just exhaust change on their dyno but we only found about 7.5bhp and that was with Decat and a Buddyclub manifold and our full system still made 4bhp more than the Greddy and buddyclub system.

Can you let m know a db reading at idle please?

My neighbours dont like my HKS. I have a standard manifold on that but if it's noisier than that at idle I'm goosed.

Idling is just little bit more than standard, it shows in the video.

It took me a while to fine tune the noise with different size of silencer, so this is exactly how I wanted to sounds like which is not too loud when driving around in town and sounds like a super car once you put your foot down.

the dyno values seem fairly low. i had mine done about 2 months ago and got 237.3bhp completely standard. was at surry rolling road. still a nice gain. im sure it would be even nicer bolted up to my car ;) now to start saving

Dyno vary, SRR is known to give 20bhp more in the trade. No one knows why but if you take it to all different dyno dynamic you will notice they give all different read out.

We got the demo unit for sale now for £1200, only been used for video and dyno.

I'm assuming Dixon's dyno was wheel hp whereas yours (again, I'm assuming) was fly bhp, so there will be some difference.

o i completely understand that. an rx8 on the day only got 215 though so i was happy. (should be 230)

would you split the demo system? ill really have to move money around to afford this.

You won't get the full benefit with the split system, we have designed this system to work together. I can spilt them if you want but ideally is to fit the full system if you just want the exhaust or the manifold.

i have just had a look in the bank and with the new wheels and tyres coming in next month, i don’t think im going to have any chance affording this just yet. i would be interested in the complete system but im guessing its a possibility to buy each section separately.

Just out of interest how much would I be looking at for just the exhaust system?

The full system is 65mm, if you want it separately then I can give you the exhaust system for £600 but then if the manifold and decat sold after that, you will have to pay for the new decat and manifold system.

One sexy looking owner came in to make her car look and sound sexier this morning - :p

We have also changed the design of the exhaust, now the Y pipe is in one piece to the rear right back box instead of 2 piece and we have also putting the hook on the new location to make the exhaust tuck into the bumper better.

Dixon, just noticed you've added the Pro65S, what's the difference between the R and the S?
