There'd be a short grocery list of replaced parts to list...but most owner-generated or general wear and tear. Never replaced a part due to poor engineering on Honda's part, etc.
I have replaced the clutch once BUT after getting in there, the cause of that tear-down was determined to be the guide for the clutch throwout bearing...the clutch plate, etc. looked fine. Still, since I was in there, I'd opted to replace OEM again at that time. That was ~ 70K miles into the odo. Rest of the miles since then still on current clutch. I'm currently picking up on a worn throwout bearing when the car is running idle & clutch is not engaged. But the clutch still grabs great.
I've replaced the rear diff once...totally my fault/doings. Kinda early in the ownership of the car. Result of repetitive downshifting hard even though rev-matching on the way down during aggressive drives. Learned from that and upgraded my brakes AND USE THEM instead of using the motor/drivetrain to slow into tight turns.
I've done an OEM valves/parts replacement ~ 5 years back due to negligence on my part ~ 4 years earlier than *that* when I'd left a socket wrench on my crank pulley bolt after a valve adjustment.
Cracked/replaced the oil pan because the car sits soooo low & ran over something in the road
Still running on original longblock & tranny
