Game was boring except the last few minutes but glad they beat the Pats. Can't believe Eli was sacked more than Brady. I really wanted to see him eat more turf. Then again he is such a scared bitch that always has to throw it away. Lol love that safety!

Eli the lesser, Eli the forgotten. Here's to the one who never gets the top bunk, never gets shotgun, never gets the last chicken leg. Here's to ELI MANNING, the ultimate little brother.

lol He has really proven himself. He dunked on his big bro recently while they were having a friendly game and Momma Manning knew then he is a changed man. I am glad he bounced back from a bad season with leading in turnovers. Props to him for making it happen and stepping out from his brother's shadow. Good thing they traded away Rivers for him.

I live and breath football and yeah I found the game boring at times. The first matchup between the two was a edge of your seat battle. Like the Colts vs Bears game few years ago it just didn't have the back and forth excitement. A good example of an exciting game was Saints vs 49ers. I'm not hating on the Giants at all. Just felt the game didn't live up to the first time they met.

^ no they won't. Year before that the Jets knocked them out in the playoffs. With a few early draft picks the Jets will beef up thier defense and be back at it again while the Pats pick up players that Jets drop like Ihedigbo and Ellis. Pats got lucky agianst the Ravens this year with a drop in the end zone and a chipped field goal. They can redeem some frequent flyer miles but thats about it. lol

GO NY GO NY GO!!

you want discuss luck what you call that catch in the last superbowl.. i forget who it was but he cought the ball on his head. But ill move past that. And about the jets, i dont see them getting any where near the superbowl any time soon. and rigardless of what happend the patriots still won and made it to the superbowl, and what happened there is a different story. All my point was the pats will redeem themself and shut the giants up.

just saying

Shut the Giants up? Well unless you guys meet again at the Superbowl and will probably loose AGAIN, you will have to wait 4 years till the next time the AFC east plays the NFC east. So you have 4 years to prepare. OH and yeah who won that match up this year in regular season...

THE GIANTS!

And as for the Jets. Yeah they had a horrible season. Having 16 players go into free agency and only signing a handfull. Loosing some key vets in the locker room and still a very young team. They did make it to the AFC championship two years prior. They are a team that will redeem. Can't wait for next year. I am actually glad they finished so bad because they need some good draft picks. It should be a fun season next year for both NY teams. Belichek/Brady era is on it's decline. Oh and Brady owes his start to the Jets by the way. Why you may ask .. because we knocked the piss out of Bledsoe and sent him off the field. I see that coming for Brady soon enough.

Let's talk football .. I can do this ALL DAY LOL

its pretty clear after all is said and done the only game that counts is the superbowl, so if you dont win that, you didnt do much of anything....

dont hear anyone talking about Tebow anymore do you? So even if the pats did redeem themselves by beating us in the regular season it wouldnt mean anyhting, cause we all know if the GMEN play them again in the superbowl, the pats rnt leaving with a ring

with that being said.......F they jets and rex ryan too!

GMENNNNNN ALL DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Such harsh words for little green brother lol. Giants have bragging rights so live it up. Just keep in mind that the year after their last SB win they struggled and Eli had his worst year last year leading the league in turn overs which is why he had to prove himself. I don't see him doing that ever again though. Just saying though ... lol.

And as for Tebow ... he got put in his place and can't complete a pass if his life depended on it. Cam is rookie of the year and didn't get as much talk. That's one thing I hate about the NFL, they love to hype crap up for ticket sales.

lol i honestly dont dislike the jets as a team per say, but i cant stand rex ryan and jet fans, who the hell predicts the superbowl before the season even starts?!?
and last year sanchez was everyones knight in shining armor, now they all want to trade him, no loyalty whatsoever

and i totally agree with the Gmen post superbowl last time, you know what, the Giants rnt some dynasty like the pats used to be, we dont have that kinda team (we consistently lose to the redskins lol) we have a team who was able to put the plays together and ride the lighting all the way to a championship, just like we did on 07

come next season i dont view the Giants as the top dog to beat, even with the ring, but thats what makes this win so exciting and the Giants as a team exciting, they fly under the radar and barely make the playoffs, and then spank atlanta, beat greenbay at lambeau field!! and go into san fran and get the win, then beat the pats for the superbowl!! i mean come on it dont get much better than that....and this was a team that was 9-7

Don't fall for media hype. The Jets don't "want" to trade Sanchez. Rex was asked if he would trade for Manning and he juat gave an honest answer of "hell yes I would love a HEALTHY Peyton" I have watched most of Rex's interviews and heard almost all his radio interviews. The media loves to chop up what he says and make more of it. He juat doesn't care and knows it sells tickets.

Giants will really be a force next year with Cruz. Thw rest of the receivers occasionally suffer from the drops and are very injury prone. If they can manage to stay healthy and keep Osi you can see them easily make the playoffs. JPP is a beast and all they need is improvement with their corners and be complete. After that Eli will handle the rest. Their only worry will be Philly. Eagles SHOULD have their chemistry improve next year and that's when they will be better.

Finally some good football talk in Metro. Thanks Super Bowl Giants!
