Looking like we might have a decent enough turnout for Saturday.....would be good if we can get a few more.

I can vouch for the fact it is a really good day out...some pics of 2010, the last time I was there:

Hi Ian
On the Norfolk run on 20th if that helps.

Might be able to do one of the surrey meets...but if not could you get some down to someone who is going, and is from Surrey area, and I can then pick them up. ?

Hi WayneCallar
It would be good to have you along on Saturday if you can make it.

This from earlier post by Harsh.

"No specific deadline other than the couple of weeks that Dan mentioned.

However due to the size of the event and the logistics in arranging all the stands stalls and locations it would really help if tickets could be bought asap so we have an idea of who is coming (and of course it aids the cashflow for the charity for the event which is the important thing)

so basically.....buy it now, it's only a tenner!!! "

Hi, my girlfriend has bought tickets for this event already for the Saturday and Sunday as a birthday present, is there any chance if I brought my S2000 if I could put it on the stand too?

Ps did I read we can drive our cars round a mini track with passengers?

Cheers

Jon

Great you can join us packman.

J_D - I'm guessing you have Adut Entry Tickets for both days. You'll probably need to check with the organisers to see if these can be swapped out for a Car Club Display ticket if you want to join us on the stand. Be aware of the times you need to be on the stand if you want to do this.
"The only catch is we need you to be there by 8.30am and for the sake of people coming to the show we’d prefer you to stay all day. We’re aware that one or two may leave due to unforeseen circumstances so we’re not citing health and safety as a shackle to keep you there, we’re not that sort of people. So we’ll be straight, the car club display is an important aspect of the event for those visiting. It may look great in the morning but if 50% are gone by 2pm then the area looks pretty ragged for visitors. "

I'll add you to the list both days anyway.

Saturday
- Andy & Maryam (Andy2000 & Snoozenav)
- Steve & Sharon (Minvo & McMinny)
- Simon (lovegroova)
- AE (possible)
- Laserady (possible)

Sunday
- Steve & Sharon (Minvo & McMinny)
- Whaninoz
- Floppy
- Dan
- Ian (Packman)
- Mark
- J_D

I've heard rumours about being able to drive your own car - I will investigate further....

Can those that are shown as possibles think aboout whether they are able to confirm yet. Will PM you all nearer the time to confirm if you'll be on the stand so i can let the organsisers know how much space we need.

I can see "Autosolo" on the event list but there's no mention of it on the tickets page.

Cheers mate, I can't guarantee I'll be there for 8.30am as I'm travelling from Yorkshire , but if not I'll leave the car on the stand Sunday instead :)
