BYRON BAY LUNCH DRIVE TO WELCOME MJB120 (Sydney) with his Round 2 MY05 MCB.
Saturday 18th Feb 2012 @ 12.15 pm for 12.45pm depart.
meetup: @ Boyds Bay Houseboats
2 River Terrace
Tweed Heads
1st destination: Cruise to BYRON BAY LIGHTHOUSE
2nd destination: Lunch down Byron township with parking in Fletcher Street Byron, (Parking will be scattered as this will be the best we can do. Its close to the local cafes and beachfront.)
3rd destination: After regrouping we will walk to a nearby local cafe for a late lunch (around 2.30pm).
Note: the addresses for MEETUP, destinations and lunch parking are easily googled,
But please let me know if you need more help in finding. Lunch being on the late side so have a late breakfast if you don't want too get hungry
The drive to Byron is NSW Highway with some nice aural tunnels along the way!!
Hope you can all make it out for the drive, btw: LUNCH IS THE BEST IN BYRON!!! with plenty of visual treats!!!

Nice buy mjb, and nice 2 meet u both, have a nice drive home.
Great pick of restaurant xoz, we had the swordfish, omg almost as good as the visual sights that evils2k581 pre-warned us abt. We ended up in the bar above the roundabout, saw a few of u leave & wander around.

Nice to meet you mjb safe trip home. Hopefully we can catch up when I slip through Sydney in May.
As for those who went home early you guys missed out ended up going to the lighthouse and all... AND MY GOD I TELL YOU, after that hike I've got aches on my body in places I never new could ache =)but in the end, the views were breath taking, and for a City boy I'd say it's the best day I've had out in a while. Thanks XOZ for organising such a treat for all of us.

Yeah was great to meetup with you two mjb, puts a face to the username
Like Evil, had a top day overall, the drive and the casual roll into the rest of the afternoons walk and stroll haha.. never again!!! Culminating in dinner in one of the best spots on the planet.
Good to see Fireball and meet Jon119 (its always good having more cars added to the group)
and last but not least my little passenger was such a charm.
hopeful that MJB and Fireball can post up, what little pics where taken.
