ok. car is totaled out and I'm getting a few grand back. The buy back price is 15k though, so I don't think that will be worth it.

Your insurance company or adjuster is smoking crack! I've seen 35k cars get buybacks of 5-7k. One of my good friends cobra was in the flood in Nashville and buyback on his car was around 4k. That S should have been around 3!

But alas, at 15k you're right.. No where close to being worth that!

No kidding. I agree with Scott. Most buybacks are in the 3-5K range....why it's so inflated is crazy to me. Maybe because of the amount still owed on it? I can't think of any other reason why.

They say the car is worth 16k. I only bought it for 17 something. Funny thing is the would only loan me 12k to buy it. Said it was worth 11k. So it gained 4 grand because I never drove it I guess. Weird

I do it cheap....the harness and cable you should be able to get from geek squad at best buy....also the installation dash plate if needed for your application.

Text me and we can figure everything out. I solder in the harness when I do radio installs. So I like to say I do it a lot better than most companies that do installs and just crimp wires.

I did the iPod install when I got the S. Ran the cable to the side netting and I leave the iPod in there because you cant change songs or see whats playing from the player, only on the radio.

Oh, and that damn radio front panel is a pain in the ass to remove.
