I am back, after 4yrs.... Oil Pump failed, motor rebuild.... looking to catch-up and search info and parts....

So after a 4yr hiatus, I've recovered my password, dusted off my profile and made a return.... Haven't done much different then I did
years ago, my 11yr S2k still only comes out a few days a month.... but last month that all changed when the oil pump failed and i ran dry
and got a nasty bang in my engine, after towing it to my tuner, i need an entire motor rebuild... so I now debating my options....
Simple Rebuild, Upgraded Rebuild, Supercharger or go all out and Turbo.... decisions, decisions... if there's a nice used Supercharger
Out there that might be my 1st choice... or else I just rebuild and spend the $$ on some nice wheels and exterior upgrade...

there were only 3-4 back in 2002 when i got mine and on this forum,
I've met alot along the years and know of a few new ones around my area....
typically all pork-chops are on vwvortex trying to fix their brokeswagons or driving their dad's benz, jus sayin....
