installed one on my 06 S with a cel eliminator, sounds and runs great only every 70-80 miles ck engine light comes on and sets cat efficiency code. am still trying to find some one who can tell me how to stop the light without installing a programmer. if it cant be stopped the pipe will be removed and go for sell. good luck with yours.hope yours works out better than mine.i do know some dont have a problem with the light.

I have the exact same set up in my 06. Talked to Berk and they sent me some stainless steel wool to stuff into O2 sensor stub out before installing O2 sensor. Works like a charm. I have several thousand miles since then with no CEL.

thanks for the tip on the STAINLESS STEEL WOOL, gonna try and locate some locally, and give that a try on mine. sounds worth trying to me. thanks again, DRKNT, you may want to try it on yours while its off, if it dont solve problem, it sure cant hurt it.

Don't know about the wool, but you can do the tried and true CEL fix with spark plug anti-foulers. I've done it myself and it works great. Search on here b/c I can't remember the size you use. My old test pipe is on Ray's car now, LOL

Nice! I put their 70mm HFC on my car about a month ago. Fit is perfect.

Love the red interior accents with the black.

I love the Berk stuff. It is top quality and Bryan will bend over backwards for a customer.

I must ask, are you mating the 70mm with stock exhaust?

No I have a 70 mm cat back exhuast and Toda Racing Headers. I had to do a little fabrication and welding to get the Berk Test Pipe to fit. But I have it all together and it sounds a lot better in my opinion

One header. Sorry, pet pev.

I can't believe you had to custom fab anything if you are using a bolt on exhaust. Test pipe really makes the car feel more opened up. First mod I ever did and haven't had the stock cat back on since.

Well the only reason I had to fab anything is because the headers that I have ran a little longer than what was on here before. And the exhuast is all custom made 3". so its not techincally factory length I guess. All I know is that it was about 4" too long to just bolt up to my set up. But its on there and it works.

C'mon now, Kerm. You know I can't have a test pipe running in STR. ;)
Never put off until tomorrow what you can put off until next week.

But yes, +1 on the spark plug anti-foulers. The friend of every modded turbo car owner that has to pass OBD emissions inspection...
