How was your experience with Willis Honda? I am interested in the 07 Berlina they have forsale. Did you see that car by chance?

It was ok. They were so busy it took about 3 hours for me to sign all the papers. The guy I dealt with actually could give a shit about cars and was a pretty funny quirky guy. The no haggle price is bs, you can haggle. His name was Don.

I did see the berlina and it looked pretty clean. It's a cpo too if I recall.

The silverstone was a pos. scratches everywhere and the CEL lit up on my first run through vtec. Stay away.

I'm not kidding when I say the paint on this car is in showroom condition.

That's quite the boast there, considering I haven't seen or measured the paint :o

Wait until all the glaze they put on there washes away. Then we'll see how it looks.

I put the clay bar and wax to the hood today and wow was the clay bar dirty. The yellow is showing some faint signs of swirl, but damn the paint looks great.

Ps- they had the car for such short of a time, they didn't even debadge it. It had a American flag sticker on the rear windshield and still has the Princeton honda decal on the rear from 6 years ago. Lol, you can see them in the pics.

That's right, it's CPO. I will have a look this weekend. Thanks!

That's good news for me! My 03 has 38k on it, so I know what it is worth not that I am selling it!
I do have the Cr rims I believe from 08, I wanted to keep the look as factory as I could.
Why didn't you buy out the white one from the lease? If you want to powdercoat a set go for it! I really
like the darker gray with the yellow. Good luck with what ever you decide! :hello:

I ordered a C6 07' Vette in velocity yellow the week before I gave my S back. I did love my Vette, but I was used to rowing through 3 gears @ 8800 and being in pure bliss every time I did it. The Vette only allowed me to row through 1 1/2 gears until I had to lay off or get myself into a lot of trouble with the cops, haha. Instead of my sports car feeling like it fit me like a glove, the Vette made me feel like I was in a boat. The Vettes engine sounded like a gurgle instead of a fine harmony that I was used to hearing in the S. I can go on, lol

Saying all of that I do miss the Vette for the simple reason it was one of the fastest cars in town and long trips were very easy on the body. I'm hoping to pick up a C7 in a few of years to add to my stable. I hope GM can tighten up the interior and install better seats. The seats in the Vette sucked.

Jay, did you switch out the chrome emblems to the black chrome ones? I think that would look nice.

Ok, I made my decision, CR rims w black gloss PW. Let the search begin!

Yes,
I switched out the lug nuts and center caps! You should be able to pick up a set, look in the for sale section
there are usually some there! Good choice!! The new Vettes are nice, we get them through the
lot from time to time! Zo6's are scary fast!!

Jay,

We are always looking for a golfing buddy to complete foursomes, where are you located?

Yesterday I went out with some buddies played a round and took the S. My golf bag fit in the trunk, but I had to pull out the driver and lay it next to the bag. Pretty happy the bag fit!

For what that would could you could probably pick up a nice set of used aftermarket wheels. There is a guy on here selling SSR Comps. for $900 plus your stock wheels.

I play at Downingtown but like to play other courses!! We walked 36 yesterday! I'm a little sore.
Mine fit in with the driver in the bag? Where do you guys play?

I've played all over the place. Yesterday I played at my home course, Northampton valley country club in Richboro, PA(bucks county). I play on the Monday night Leauge that runs from late March to the end of September.

I'm always willing to play anywhere new.

I picked up the Razor Hawk driver last year and it's a really long club with a huge cover and would not fit in the Trunk in the bag.

Home course? I'm a mile away. I usually play Neshaminy Golf course on Almshouse. Not as nice as NVCC but cheaper.

I play the Razr as well? Hmm? I have a carry bag? We used to get s2000 golf outings together,
we should try again this spring or summer!

I actually never played Neshaminy, would like to soon. Home course means I play at NVCC the most. I probably played 30+ league nights and at least 5 rounds at NVCC last year alone.

An S2000 golf outing! That would work!

I have a big bulky Callaway stand alone bag. Instead of jamming the clubs in the trunk, always better safe then sorry, that club is expensive

I agree!! They are pricey!! I've never played either of those courses, I am a member at Downingtown so I play
there mostly. I am always willing to travel to play!
