No worries - these days I don't post nearly as much as I used to. :D

At 12 years and only 14,349 posts, you never really posted much :stick:

Yeah, as only the 193rd top poster, I certainly won't win any Corner prizes. I don't think my ppd average was more than 4.5 or so at its highest.

Wow...not that much further off from an F1 car.

wow....a formula one car is a jet fighter with wheels, the 2011 Ferrari 150° Italia weighed in at 1,411.0 lb the 2.4 v8 is reputed to be between 800 and 950 horse power, real numbers are impossible to find

My guess is that at 7000 RPM the F70 will eats its lunch....then again, so would an s2000. Peak numbers are for people without big block chevys

wat?

That was poor attempt at sarcasm about F1 engines probably being unable to even be used (maybe 80lbf torque?) at 7K whereas I'm sure the F70 will function fine, then I attempted a juxtaposition of using an archaic engine technology as a proxy for a very flat torque curve, where peak numbers are much less important than drivabilty for a road car. Sorry.
I am not trolling, I just type and speak without a filter.

What. Even in regards to drivability, that makes no sense. That's like saying a Z4 will obliterate an S2000 at 2000RPM. Yeah, so what? In 2nd gear at 20mph, the S2000 is probably 800-1000RPM higher than the Z4. Gearing, how does it work? insaneclownposse.jpg
