Confusion over steering

Dear UK community,
English is a foreign language for me, and I am currently confused with what people in the UK call a “track rod”, and which is elsewhere often referred to as “tie rod” or “tie bar”. I hope you can help me with that.
My steering wheel has always been slightly tilted when driving straight. Yesterday, after my mechanic had fitted a Bilstein suspension, he couldn’t adjust this “track rod”, because the nut wouldn’t move. I think it might be bent (which is probably the reason for the tilted steering wheel). When I searched Ebay for this part I only got “tie rod end” or “track rod end”.
Which part is it that I need? (The one that you have to make adjustments on after fitting a lower suspension) Do you have any tips for me where to look for it?
Thanks for your help,
Benedikt

Benedikt, you need a track rod end,
http://www.hondaorig...&block_03=19263
Part 15 is the track rod end, the nut 22 is the one that will be stuck but can usualy be released with heat, if something is bent it will more likely be part number 1.
If nothing ia actually bent Honda can plug in a box to reset the steering, but it will be best to get the "track rod end" sorted at it is used to adjust front track and toe.
Hope this helps.
