Catalytic Converter - OEM vs Test Pipe vs Magnaflow
Hey Gents,
I got an 04 AP2 and my catalytic converter need replacement, so i am looking at some advice what should i get the oem replacement or test pipe or mangaflow direct fit one.
Note i currently have stock exhaust and latter i will be looking into going aftermarket.
So the big question is what does everybody run and which one ( is aftermarket which company )? Or any good suggestions?
Thanks,
Pawel

Test pipe if you're only concerned about gaining power. If you care about the trees and bunny rabbits, then the HFC would be a better option, and nearly as good as a test pipe.
If you are worried about emissions testing, then the HFC is your best bet.

Here's a thread comparing the performance differences of a test pipe, HFC, and OEM cat. If you have the ability to tune and lower VTEC, then you'll get big gains from a TP or HFC.
