Default Man this place is dead!

I've seen a couple S's around in the past few days. Anyone out there pulling them out of hibernation yet? Mine is coming up next week. Anything going on in the area?

Did you enjoy your N.E. Canadian winter? Do you think you would DD the S if you spent another winter in Ottawa? Just curious.
Sunny & hot here in South TX, as it always is.

I debated it this winter, then work made the decision for me... I already have another set of rims for snow tires, but I just keep cringing at the thought of road salt touching my baby... So... I dunno. lol..

First autocross of the season at Scotia Bank Place is on June 3rd ( http://www.mco.org/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=14102). I expect there will be a "few" S2000s there. AFAIK our car will be there... not sure if both me and my wife will be racing. Haven't discussed/arranged a sitter yet.

You should come out.

I was at the St-Lac car club test-n-tune at the Picton air strip on Sunday. Good fun but I think I burned off too much tire driving like a hooligan. LOL Don't know if these tires are going to last the whole season.

It certainly has slowed down in the past couple years with a couple members selling off their cars and such. If anyone ever wants to meet up for a coffee/cruise I'd hop along. I've been swamped the past few years and I'm hoping to put some mote mileage on the car this year.

Once I get my schedule for june, I'll try to make it happen. Would love to hit up my first autocross!

Don't be a wall flower - if you come out come find me... I'm the silverstone S2000 with the CF roof. Introduce yourself and I'll take you out for a spin. Gotta make it earlier in the day though when I'm not being "competitive". LOL

Made it to Ottawa, AND managed a 300 mile tank on the way!
