Southern Hospitality: Get Ready… It’s Coming!

The Alabama, Atlanta, Music City, and Smoky Mountain communities are proud to announce the 2006 SouthEastern Super Meet will be held in Sevierville, TN on June 9 – 11, 2006.

This year’s meet will revolve around the scenic Smoky Mountains and all that Sevierville and Gatlinburg have to offer.

This year you can choose your own plan. There will be scenic drives during the days and one at night. We have horseback riding available, as well as a large outlet mall directly across from the hotel. There will be a BBQ for lunch on Saturday, followed by a dinner banquet that night. The NASCAR Park is also directly across the street, which has a multitude of karting options. We are working with the departments of commerce and tourism to arrange package deals to many of the local attractions. Registration is now closed.

4 pm – Event Check-In

Saturday
7 am – Breakfast is served in main lobby area
8 am – Driver roundup before drive begins
8:15 am – Drive begins in groups of 10
12 pm – Lunch
4 pm – Arrive back at hotel for rest and cleanup
7 pm – Dinner Banquet begins
10 pm – Dinner Banquet ends

Sunday
