Who's Your Daddy?
I thought it would be a good idea to post our dealings with mechanics.
So far Ive dealt with both Sarakakis and Mastoras in elliniko.
All I can say is that Mastoras is a great mechanic.
For the last few weeks my S has been making a strong ticking noise when it gets hot at idle. I took it Mastoras and just by listening to it he immidiatley recognized the problem. By replacing the Cam Chain Tensioner and the timing belt all the noise was gone and I also got a rock solid idle at last!
I also had an oil & filter change. The car was ready within a few hours and the total
charge was 225 euro.
By the way, Sarakakis sells only the tensioner for 250 euro!!!!!!!!
Ive also had body work done with mastoras a few months ago and I can say that although his body work is only 99% good, his paint jobs are 200%.
Anyone else with any expirience with him or others?
