92 Civic Hatchback Si For Sale B18C1 Turbo

Details: 1992 Honda Civic Si
I'm selling my 92 Civic Si Hatchback. This has been my Daily since August, The car is a blast to drive. I'm selling the car to move to the next project. I'm asking 7500$ OBO. I couldn't replicate the drivetrain in another Civic/Integra for that amount.
The Good:
I'm the 4th owner, the only owner I don't know was the 1st.
I did the motor swap wiring for the B18C in 2001 for owner #3, I replaced the sunroof rails for owner #2 in 2000.
Southern car no rust. I'm sure that I'm forgetting a few parts on the car
The car made 310WHP on a Mustang Chassis dyno @17psi with a Catalytic Convertor. The car passes a 3 gas sniffer emmisions test in Rutherford County TN.

ITR LSD Transmission with LSD. New Synchrotech 3rd gear and carbon coated synchros. Does not grind upshifting or downshifting.
GSR double bend shift lever, energy suspension bushings.

Repainted R81P Milano Red by Jonathan Goolsby in Birmingham AL
The Bad:
Insurance "totalled" the car after a front end collision that required a hood and core support.
The Vehicle was professionally repaired with a new core support, bumper and hood.
I'm an ASE Master tech, this car is straight and was repaired correctly.
