I'm gonna wait for confirmation before reserving a room, but will be somewhere on 280. Probably the Extended Stay America. There is a fun road between that exit and the track

So if it’s a go should everyone in the top 30 plan to get tickets?

yes you will get a ticket package that includes

2 Friday tickets for park access including paddock pass
2 Saturday tickets for park access including paddock pass
2 Sunday tickets for park access including paddock pass

1 Friday Car corral parking in the s2000 area
1 Saturday Car corral parking in the s2000 area
1 Sunday Car corral parking in the s2000 area

Even thought you are receiving a ticket for a guest
that guest WILL NOT I repeat WILL NOT be allowed to accompany you on track during opening ceremonies.
Only the diver of the s2k is allowed to be on track during opening ceremonies.

I will cover exact details at our drivers meeting/ dinner on Saturday evening once I have received final TV time table/agenda from INDY.
Saturday Dinner location time is TBD; that info will be posted on s2ki once we have set that up.
The Saturday dinner/meeting is mandatory for all new driver to this event.

The Saturday dinner meeting will cover/Including : ( same info covered will also be posted in this discussion thread)
1) meetup location/time on Saturday/Sunday morning.
Saturdays meet up /roll in together is not mandatory
Sundays meet up /roll in together while not mandatory is very much appreciated as it can be hectic on Sunday morning with all the fans on race day.
The majority of our group coming in together as a group on Sunday helps with traffic management and car corral logistics.

2) Sundays logistics:
including our Sunday drivers meeting in the car corral ; pre stage time in the car corral ; roll out time; staging on track; Etiquette while on track (STAY IN YOUR CARS!!) etc

Dynamics and schedules can change at any moment and then change 10 mins later; things move fast on Sunday so keep an eye out for me ( I will introduce my self and will have on one of my INDY Honda S2000 shirts most of the weekend.)
During race weekend I am usually in the car corral or at our viewing spot for 90% of the weekend if I am not there I am most likely in a meeting with INDY/ ZOOM.

No information as of 3/12/2020 7PM if this decision will carry over to ALGP2020.
If we still have a go for ALGP and you still want to show up despite concerns about COVID-19 please post in the sign up tread again: """"""I will still be coming despite COVID-19 if we are still a go for ALGP2020""""""""
