I haven't posted anything before now because I've just been too busy with clean up to sit at the computer. I do want to say thank you to call that have been concerned. We got lucky overall. We've got some roof damage (shingles) and a hell of a lot of trees down but we faired better than many. The farm where we keep our horse lost most of their barn and much of the roof of their home. Their house is a mess inside. I want to try to write up a bigger report for the board as soon as I can find some time. The offers of help form Nosman and slows2k sure took a lot of worry off our backs. In fact slows friend helped me locate a place to move 15 horses to. I ended up taking 2 horses to Montgomery Monday night and dropped a 3rd one there on Tuesday. A Judge in Talladega opened his barn to us and we took our horse there. We weren't able to get home until almost dark Saturday. It's been a long week.

Boy, what a mess. Glad to hear it wasn't any worse than it was, and everybody is ok. Watch those falling limbs! As you know, they always end up weighing about 10 times more than you think they would.

Glad to see you made it out ok. When we never saw you post any, I began to worry a little.

It sounds like you got about the same thing my family did in Fairhope. Well maybe you got a little worse.

If there is anything we can do to help, which is probably very little being the distance apart we are, just let me know.

Glad to see you are ok! Don't you remember having a vision shortly after you were knocked on the noggin about owning an S2k again? OK maybe not but I had to try!!!

I'm glad your house is still on the ground and everything looks like it will clean up ok.

If Gilligan's Island has taught me anything about physics and psychology, it is important that you receive an additional blow to the head, with equal or greater force, to counteract the adverse effects of the original blow. Coconuts are highly recommended for this procedure.

You're right, I didn't even have to say Richard's name and you knew who it had to be. The guy is just freaking awesome.

Scot's right about the helmet, I even asked Richard if he had an extra SA2000 I could wear after the tree beaned me.
