Couple of pics! Hatch is stripped, motor is pretty much ready to come out. Working on the Si now, got it almost stripped. Once I remove the cabin harness from the Si, and switch over to the hatch I should be able to start installing interior parts back in the hatch. Then, pulling the B16 and suspension off the Si and installing on the hatch. It's been a real pain as I'm working on it in pretty much all of my free time and this will probably be the last build I'll do to this extent. Just ready to get something on the road on and knock some Auto-X's/HPDE's out before the years end!

Yep, I was hoping I wouldn't have to go through all of this harness trouble, but, it looks like it's going to be easier to just switch over all of the necessary Si harnesses. The previous owner of the hatch had the B18 installed pre-conversion harnesses and I had to cut the cabin harness just to remove the engine harness. Looks like they used the stock 99' OBD2b harness and cut and spliced in ODB2a connectors, etc...to install the R-motor and it's a headache unraveling electrical tape to figure out what has been done. I was also having ignition problems before tearing it down, which could be contributed to this bird mess of wires. So, I'm swapping in the Si engine and cabin harness and maybe the dash and others, not sure yet. When I install the B16 it should be plug and play and then I'll just get a conversion harness when swapping in the B18CR. Up until now, I have never worked on motors or harnesses, other than replacing maintenance items and installing bolt-on's. I'm learning alot and pretty much know what every plug goes to at this point and all the parts of the vehicle itself.
