I've updated the ad server software today to the latest-greatest version. Unfortunately I've lost all of your banner management accounts in the process. I'll be recreating accounts for you all over the next day or so and will email your new management account login information shortly. If you have an immediate banner change and can't wait for the new info please feel free to email me at the sales address and I'll express creating your new account.

Sorry for the problem, it wasn't expected. The new software will offer you a much better experience. More details will follow in the email.

Update: The new software blows and is having issues with creating accounts. If you have banner updates please email the banner and the target URL to the sales email or to me and I'll take care of it for you until I get this management application running correctly.

^ Yes. All ad server logins are kaput until I can get Plan B online. No, I don't have a Plan B yet so I don't know when it will be fixed.

Erik, any news on the logins to manage ads? :)

yea.... and noticed last month, but totally forgot. all of our banner ads have been missing! please talk to me by PM or email about this issue, as it is lost revenue and hits for us that we are paying for monthly here.

I've just returned from vacation but I'll get on this first thing tomorrow and let you know what's going on. I haven't looked at it in a little over a week so I'm not sure what is what yet.
