Tucson guys: anyone attended the Musselman Honda Circuit events? They seem like a mix between autox and track, with a price inbetween as well. I might be interested in trying them out, but I don't know much about the organization, operation or facility.

I ran that track once in my 240sx. It's a small but fun track and from what I remember, the event was run "loosely." I think I paid 60 dollars to run all day, not a bad price at all!.

The track looks a little small and doesn't seem structured like Nasa, but seems like it might be fun to head down there and run for a bit. It would be a street brake/tire type of event. Seems more entertaining than autox for about the same cost.

It's designed primarily as a cart/bike track, but they run cars out there all the time. You'll definitely get more run time than an autox with their events and there's a group of Tucson locals that goes out there fairly regularly. They usually coordinate through a Facebook group that I can point you at if you would like.

So last weekend at Inde was my first event without my GP fab rear diffuser (RIP) and I did not notice any difference. I know they are mainly for looks, but I initially felt a little more stability when going over 60, but ever since it came off I haven't noticed any difference in street, mountain or track driving. I got a respectable amount from insurance and jacking the car up is now easier, so I would chalk that up as a win.

Tried out Musselman tonight. Really cool track, everyone was super nice, and everything just worked very well (other than the car throwing a CEL and starting to misfire).

Took TT-B 2nd place behind Omar.

Please point me to the Facebook group behind this, I'll be going back. Also, if anyone knows the guy (John, I think his name was?) that was there tonight in the stripped / caged Civic Hatch with the K motor in it please send me his Facebook. I forgot to get it.

Sounds like it didn't go as well for your car. What caused the misfire? Any video from that track?
