The t-shirts are finalized!

Because of the detailed graphics and the number of colors the images are transferred. They have held up to numerous washings in my washing machine / dryer. Tanq saw a shirt this Wednesday and can comment. The cost is $18 each (regardless of size), deliverd on the Devil's Highway run, add $2 if you want it shipped.

HATS:
These are personalized hats with the AZ S2000 logo on the front and your screen name / name or blank (nothing) on back.




If we can get 10 people to buy hats (in one shipment), the cost per hat would be $23 with our personalized information on the back. If not, the cost will be $25 per hat. Shipping would be another $2 just like the shirts.

The logo has been converted to a stitched design which we will be able to use on anything. I plan to have a vest embroidered with the logo, along with a seatbelt shoulder pad. I haven't worked out the final pricing with the embroiderer on the individual items yet.

I saw the t-shirts in person -- the logo looks great. It is even detailed enough to read the individual city names on the map. Once we get the orders, the turnaround time is ~1wk for t-shirts and ~10 days for hats...order 'em quick so we can get our shirts!

Just an FYI: this is a non-profit offer. The cost of digitizing the logos is being spread across the cost of the shirts and hats; we are hoping to break even on the deal.

I am placing the hat order on TUESDAY, MARCH 19th. If you want a hat you need to place your order by then. Orders after Tuesday, may not get the discount from the embroiderer.

Ok, the hats will be ready next Friday. I will have them at the Tech Day for those that show up. The shirts will be ready then too, for those that have not picked their shirt up. For those that wanted them shipped - I cashed your check today since I paid for the items this week and will ship them to the address specified (RUBBER DUCKY/DWTBG)

Logos - $8.00 embroidered onto an item - they should be able to patch onto a jacket or shirt depending on thickness - they even said that they could logo over another logo (depends on the other logo size). I am going to try my fleece vest next week and I'll show off the results at the Tech Day.

Worst case on the logos (item too thick) - we can get it on a patch and then the dry cleaners next store to the embroiderer can do the alteration.

HATS AND SHIRTS ARE DONE!!! I will have them tomorrow at the Tech Day and ship off DWTBG's hat and Rubber Ducky's hat and shirt this weekend or Monday.

Also, I am having my fleece vest (old one from the Gap) embroidered today ($7) and will have it with me tomorrow to show off.
