Evey single option that people have listed regular you to hack up your front bumper in some way shape or form.

Yeah those are the ones. They fit very nicely into the AP1 front bumper. You have to cut up the civic's bumper for them as well.

Or you could buy the spoon front bumper and their fog lights. Thats probably the most intagrated system.

I don't know why someone would want to chop up or drill into their bumper to install foglights...
Especially since we live in the desert!

There are many other cheap mods you can do if you have an itch to work on your car.
Maybe buff out your headlights if visibility is poor? Safer and cheaper
