Default morning start....

ok i park outside most of the time at my place because normally i am the first to leave and last to get home, anyway lately in the mornings now my car when i try to start it, it struggles a little bit...the car shakes a good amount and it just seems like it could possibly be the battery or maybe the ignition. obviously i need to get off my lazy butt and take it to ceasar, but i just wanted to know if anyone else is having this problem?

any help would be great.

thanks
andrew

How old is the battery?

I am on my third...partly due to the fact my car is garaged and not driven except on group drives.

I agree, it sounds like its time for a new battery.

It may be the battery. It could also be the gas you are using. Hopefully 91 octane (chevron or equivilant).

If it persists you may need to drop it off so I can perform a cold start diagnosis on it.

ive a similar problem, but the car is running, but it sounds like a fuel problem. The car chokes alittle and does a bit of shaking, and occasionally it shuts off. It shouldnt matter if the car is on an incline? Ive been doing crazy drives to globe, could it be the higher altitude? The car some times is left 2-3 days without driving it, so there are lots of possible problems. Anyone else?

I recently had the same problem. Cesar checked the battery - it was weak and replaced - no further problems. I live at 7000 feet - altitude causes no problem with this car - but the performance does get better at lower altitudes.
