Thanks guys! I will get around to adding a step by step process for detailing this week.

Just got to use my Uber Yellow Was Sponge for the first time. Let me tell you that I will never use a wash mit again! This thing is amazingly soft and holds tons of water and suds! Also, and imo one of the best things is that it is very easy to see debris that gets lodged in the sponge. After each panel I washed, I inspected the sponge for debris, and if I found any, I could usually scrape it out with my finger, or rinse it until it got flushed out. This is great, because you don't have to worry about scratching your paint. I have used plenty of wash mits, and they are not that easy to tell if they are dirty, let alone get the dirt out without washing them.

Adam, what do you recommend to get baked on water spots off of the stock tinted side windows?

Well if the invisible glass does not work, there are a few options. You can always clay bar the glass on your car. It is actually recommended to clay bar the windshield. It will help smooth out the glass. You can also put a coat of polish, or buy glass sealant once the water spots are gone to help protect the glass.

What do you recommend for care of "invisible" front edge films, 3M specifically? I've heard different advice. I just skip that area when polishing/waxing? Thoughts?

Q. How is the Invisible Bra film Maintained?
A. Once applied, refrain from washing the vehicle for 24 hours. After 24 hours, wash with gentle car wash soap and water - no degreasers or detergents like all purpose cleaners or dish soaps. Do not use aerosol products or ammonia and never wash in direct sunlight or temperatures above 90 degrees. Never use a pressure washer. Wax with a non-abrasive wax or polish, Carnauba Wax or Teflon. Dry with chamois (synthetic) or dry towels.

Q. Can I use wax over the Invisible Bra?
A. Yes. When waxing the vehicle, some wax may build up along the film edges. This can easily be removed when dry with a soft brush such as an old toothbrush. Do not use any waxes containing dyes or waxes that are not recommended for urethanes. Abrasive polishes and/or rubbing compounds are not to be used.

I also have spoked to a few friends with Starshield (3M product) and they treat is just like paint. Just be careful when using a powerwasher, and avoid direct spray on the edges, you do not want to risk prying back the shield. They all polish/wax the shield just as they do with the normal paint.
