Not sure what you are looking for but Science of Speed in Tempe does a lot of performance upgrades and are good people.

I'd go Dyno-Comp or SOS.

My nephew works at Full-Race in Phoenix, near the airport. He's dying to put a turbo on my car.

^HAHA, those guys got OWNED on that "pinks" show. I'd be seriously pissed if I got embarassed like that on national television.
