Default Anyone want to hang out?

My girlfriend is taking a class to get certified on Feb 5th in Harrison Ak. I'll be driving her down (4.5 hrs!) Then I'll have nothing to do all day. Maybe some of you would like to have a small get together? Is there anyone around that general area? I'll be there from like 8 till 530.

What's up buddy!

Do you mean Harrison, AR? There honestly aren't that many owners up there that are active on the forums. Most of the owners in this state live in the Little Rock Area...

jmoore2k (Jerome) lives out in that area... kinda. Tons of fun roads around there. If I were you, I'd just go drive around all day lol

Yeah, AK = Alaska, AR = Arkansas.

I don't have a radar detector, I have winter tires on my car right now, and I have my sway bar off. Lol. It might be a bad idea for me to ENJOY those roads. My bad on the state abbreviation. I knew ak looked wrong.

No sway bar? Front or rear. Might not be the best idea. We aren't telling to go all out, balls to the wall. But you don't have to go insane to enjoy some curves.

I have a gendron front sway bar. I take it off in the winter because I don't drive agressively and the salt on the roads tear the bushing and endlink up. I also have lowering springs with shocks that I take off in the winter.

Speaking of salt and stuff, might wanna keep an eye on the weather forecast. It's super nice out right now, but it's supposed to get nasty over the next several days. Weather and road conditions permitting, I'd recommend driving down to Jasper and maybe grabbing lunch at either The Cliff House or The Boardwalk Café which is inside the Arkansas House. Then from there, you could pick up on Hwy 374 towards Mt. Judea and head south on Hwy 123, then west on Hwy 16. If you feel you've had enough at this point, you can just hop on Hwy 7 north back to Harrison. If you're itching for more, you can make your way over to Hwy 327 north, then Hwy 74 west, and then Hwy 43 north which will also take you back to Harrison, but in a more indirect way. Google map link

P.S. Watch your speed on Hwy 7. I hear it's patrolled fairly heavily.
