I hate to be asking for more work from ya'll but could I order a kids shirt or hoodie along with an adults large hoodie or shirt depending on what vendor says? No problem if this IS a problem.
This will be my 7 year old sons first BMT!

First off, I want to thank everyone for your responses thus far. We are looking forward to this event and hope you are, too!
We do want to address the hats real quick because we know that they are a new thing, so we need to nail down a few details.
They are not adjustable and will require certain sizing criteria for a good fit.
As previously mentioned, it might be a good idea to look at these links and determine which size hat would best fit your needs.
https://www.flexfit.com/hat/flexfit-wooly-combed/ or https://www.flexfit.com/hat/flexfit-wooly-combed-xxl/
OR
To make it easier, here is the fitment information necessary for you to determine the correct size hat.
S/M (6 3/4 - 7 1/4inches)
L/XL (7 1/8 - 7 5/8inches)
XXL (7 3/8 - 8inches)
These hats have a flexible spandex type insert in the edge of them that allow for a more flexible and comfortable fitment, which is why we chose to use them over others.
The best way to determine what size hat would best fit you would be to grab a partner(unless you're good at reading fractions in a mirror) and a tape measure(the type that a tailor might use...not the Mylar construction measuring tape kind. You'll cut yourself if you do this, silly) and measure around your dome. You can also use a piece of string that you can them lay flat and measure with a Mylar tape or even a ruler, if you wish.
If you have any questions about hat fitment, please feel free to PM us and we can assist further in getting the right hat size for you!

NOTE: If you measure the head circumference (in inches), you will need to divide that number by 3.1416 (pi) to get the average head diameter (in inches) needed for ordering hat size. Since hat sizes come in diameter inches and fraction of inches (i.e., 1/8 (0.125), 1/4 (0.25), 3/8 (0.375), 1/2 (0.50), 5/8 (0.625), 3/4 (0.75), and 7/8 (0.875), and the #6277 FlexFit Wooly Combed hats (which are 63% polyester/34% cotton/3% spandex) have some stretchability, one only needs to order the hat size that is at least equal to or slightly larger than the calculated head diameter.
