I don't know all too much about the prices of Evos but that car sounds like it needs a healthy amount of work, I would be hard pressed to pay what hes asking. Sounds like a botched clutch job, half assed interior, paintjob (who knows what kinda of quality prep work was done), A/C sounds like it has a leak. Just my 2 cents tho
