Little story with a lesson in it for young players:
The Ford had a clunk in the suspension. I'm determined not to work on this car. That's what the Honda is for. So I took it to Pedder's for their $28 suspension check. The news was not good. $4250 in repairs!
I got under the car, replaced the sway bar mount bushes and problem fixed. Total cost: $24 and my resolve not to work on this car.
Moral is, Pedder's suck huge donkey balls.

I have always found Pedders round near me fine but I would think it all comes down to each individual franchise.

I'm planning a bit of a drive soon so think I'll get it serviced by Ford and see what they come back with. I'll be interested to hear their take on the various seals and bushes.
