Disappointing race. Not because Webber didn't win, but because both him and Alonso didn't even look like they were trying.

He took a gamble on the pitstop, Alonso followed and then they just sat there behind the Renault doing nothing, like neither of them even wanted to win the championship anymore.

I really thought this would be an exciting race but it turned out quite boring.

It was disappointing but then F1 often is. You don't think Alonso and Webber were trying?

Actually the conspiracy theorist side of me thinks it was a deliberate ploy by Red Bull to take Alonso out of contention so Vettel could win

How would Webber keep Alonso out? He was behind him?

im sure they were , just the conditions on the day didnt suit their cars.

Maybe it was the build up and hype for the final round that has left me wanting more for the final race with a battle from the 4 contenders.

But it was just a dominant drive from Vettel.

I dont know what race you guys were watching but to me Alonso and Webber were pushing as hard as they possibly could! Alonso was pushing so hard he was making mistakes.. which he rarely does, Petrov did a great job of staying infront of Alonso, it was the first time Petrov didnt make a mistake because he knows its his last chance for him to impress Renult so he can retain his seat for next year.. All in all, good race happy Vettel won it.

I agree 90%! All except the bit about Vettel winning.
